MONDAY 6 – FRIDAY 10 SEPTEMBER 2021

Our tour is to the south coast of New South Wales and has us basing ourselves in the heart of the Sapphire Coast, Merimbula. Our tour to this beautiful part of the world will see us visit areas you my possibly not have visited when you’ve previously visited – we will dine at the historic Seahorse Inn at Boydtown, visit the highly acclaimed Foxglove Gardens in Tilba Tilba, and did you know there’s a goldmine in Bermagui? We will have a guided tour of the Montreal Goldmine after time to explore the fishing village of Bermagui. Departing Merimbula we head south and cross the border back in to Victoria with a stop at Gypsy Point where we board the 1900 built Huon Pine boat the Loch Ard for a cruise down the Wallagaraugh River. Taking in the breath-taking scenery and stopping to see nesting sea eagles we disembark in Mallacoota where we have lunch at the pub. Our last day has us heading towards home via the historic township of Walhalla where will enjoy a ride on the Walhalla Goldfields Railway.
